Natali is a yoga instructor and founder of YOGA PLUS, a wellness collective that curates classes, events and global retreats. Her biggest passion is sharing her love of adventure and connecting with her students on journeys abroad like this one in Costa Rica.
Natali combines her background in yoga with meditation, journaling and sound healing. Her classes are invigorating, creative and always peaceful.
She is looking forward to hosting her 3rd retreat at the gorgeous shores of Playa Grande and sharing this experience with you and an incredible guest teacher this year!
